I get an annoying static / hissing / buzzing / feedback sound when using Optical mode, or when using Netflix, Amazon Prime or another App. How can I fix this?
To resolve this issue, please check your TV audio output setting is set to PCM / 2-CH. This setting can be found within your TV’s sound settings, most likely within the ‘Sound’ menu under ‘Additional Settings’, where you will find options such as ‘PCM/Dolby Digital/DTS/DTS Neo 2:5’.
Why am I getting no sound when using Optical mode, or when using Netflix, Amazon Prime or another App?

How far apart can I place the subwoofer from the soundbar?
The soundbar and the subwoofer need to be within 10 metres of each other to work.
Is it possible to connect extra speakers or an extra Subwoofer?
You can connect an additional Subwoofer via the ‘SUB OUT’ port on the back of the Soundbar. Unfortunately, the K2 is not designed to connect to extra speakers or subwoofers via Bluetooth, only the K2 subwoofer can be connected via Bluetooth.
Can the K2 be connected to a projector?
Yes, if the projector has either an HDMI, AUX, Optical or RCA audio output.
Is the K2 compatible with Universal remotes or Fire Stick remotes?
Unfortunately, it does not support the Amazon Firestick. However, it does come with a remote control.
Can the K2 be powered by USB or Micro USB?
Unfortunately, the K2 is not designed to be compatible with USB or Micro USB charging.
Can the Soundbar be wall mounted?
Yes, the soundbar can be wall mounted. However, wall fixings are not supplied with the product and must be purchased separately.
Can a Sky Q remote be programmed to control soundbar volume?
Yes, this is possible if the soundbar is connected to the TV via HDMI ARC.
